Buyer beware!!.. Absolutely the worst buying experience I've ever had.. Salesman Billy is the most unprofessional untrustworthy individual in I have ever had the displeasure to deal with. So happy to show you around and sell you a home..and take your money... promising great service and follow ups. After the check clears the excuses come fast and furious..can't do this.. postpone that...that's not covered by the warranty.. I would rather live in a dog house then have to deal with him again.

This is the WORST unprofessional place ever! Dave is the only nice person I have talked to and the other worker Billy is the rudest person ever, I needed something for my home that is under warranty and he tried to tell me it wasn't and he wasn't doing nothing! And hung up on me and told my husband he was being bullied Ha over a screen and work that wasn't done by them! Definitely don't know how to treat customers ! Think again before going through them but nightmare ! Been about 4 months and still don't have the work done that they didn't do to this new home

This is worse mobile home dealership and others are close behind. We purchased this home in 2020 it was so late coming in we got a 2021 but they left so many things undone. I have a list of 17 things they didn’t bother to come back and fix and 6 months of no hot water. So beware of this mobile home dealership!!!

My parents Kevin and Carol have had a horrific time with Variety Homes! It took them 2 weeks to just get the contractor Variety Homes has to come and hook up the electrical! There was multiple excuses as to why he had to keep rescheduling! My mom had to call the mortgage company in order to get Variety Homes to get the electrical hooked up! Once they did the main manager Billy at Variety Himes called by dad and said “I dare you to call them again”. What type of manager does this? Also when they moved their trailer some of the walls cracked which they replastered. However, they have yet to come and paint the spots that they plastered. Lastly there are a ton of small things they haven’t done such as put the blinds in, nail down all the trim, put up the black pieces for the storm doors. It seems Variety Homes was great until they received their money and then they quit caring. My advice pay a little extra and go with a professional company such as Clayton or Oakwood.

I have to say, Andrew the salesman was really nice guy. But Judy that does the title work is very unprofessional. When I called to get the title work and tags transferred, she yelled and screamed at me. I don't know about you, but I'm to used to being talked to like this when doing business especially when you are a paying customer. Judy tried to tell me she couldn't do the paperwork because the tags were up for renewal, demanded we bring her more money, or she couldn't do the paperwork. My husband explained the tags were still valid, but we went ahead and renewed them ourselves online for two years. A week later, JUDY is still saying she couldn't do the paperwork because of the renewal. I asked that they just cut us a check for the taxes they collect and I would do the paperwork myself. I went by the office to pick up the check, Jerry Farmer the owner talked down to me like I was a child, telling me it was because the tags needed to be renewed. I told him the tags were renewed the day she asked for more money. Jerry then said that I was wrong, that they still showed online needing to be renewed. I told him there was no reason to talk any more, just give me the paperwork, Id do it myself. Jerry came out with a check for the DMV, with no paperwork. I then told him I had to have the title work to take to the DMV, once again I was yelled at. I get the paperwork from JUDY, and once again she smarted off the me. I exit the office, go out to the car, I am on the phone with my parents, and JERRY FARMER, Judy and another lady came out to my car, waving at me, knocking on my car window, telling me to have a nice Fuc..... day, haven't you left yet? Then laying on the horn and waving as they left the lot. Note: I went straight to county office DMV, transferred the tags in few minutes, with no problem. I have never been treated so badly and unprofessionally in all my life. I would not recommend anyone do business with these individuals.
