Had some problems getting some re-work done.
Had a re-level which has a 6 month warranty. After the first week I began calling asking for him to come back and re-do part of the job. His office says he will fix the problem but he never calls back so I finally gave up. But I did go online and report the problem to the Better Business Bureau. Aaron called immediately and came out to fix the problem.

Damages unwilling to repair and non-agreed-upon added costs. Currently trying to negotiate. Offered a great deal to them and they refused, walking off the job. Am appalling excuse for a company.

Save yourselves a headache!!! Don't not contract these people! We've been waiting for about 7 MONTHS for them to finish their work. Aaron is the most rude person I've ever made business with. We have lost thousands of dollars and time with them people.

Real bad customer service. Someone should talk to them and teach them how to treat the people who give them a job!
