Overall Rating

I was in a position where I had to move immediately and Been and Angie from Helping Hands made everything quick and easy for my family. The professionalism, courtesy, and care that they gave definitely is 5-star quality! If you are looking to sell your manufactured home, these are the people you want taking care of you!

Helping Hand Equity is appropriately named. They were wonderful through our entire purchasing process. Lena was our salesperson. We felt she went above and beyond to purchase this home located in a wonderful senior park in Vancouver. She was professional and timely, just what you want when you're in a position of searching for the key to your 'Forever' home. Thanks so much Lena.

Utterly Rediculous!!!

Sorry! Let me make myself totally clear on the above comment...
My Comment was Aimed at Hazel Dell Mobile Estates, Regarding Their Property at 1709 NE 78th St. Unit #34, Not Your Realty Company, Helping Hand Equity.. Hope this clears up any Confusion... ✌️ peace!

Lena is a great realtor and helped me with the sale of my mobile home in Vancouver, WA. I had moved to CA before the sale and she did everything to make the sale go through without any problems. I would highly recommend her and Helping Hand Equity. I wish they were down here in CA.

The only reason why I didn't give them one star is because I'm not a total jerk. Leaving a message for them and getting a response is like trying to get blood out of a turnip. I've left a few messages with more than one person, sent emails, sent messages via their website, and still have not received a reply.
I understand that things can get a little busy with a small business, however, a customer or potential customer should always be valued. I just didn't get that feeling from Helping Hand Equity.
